Secret Sewing…

I love this photo for a few reasons. First, I love the light in this photo. I took this early in the morning, on a day that promised 65 degree temperatures. 65 degree temperatures in early March… in Colorado!!! We’ve gotten a little soft here as Mother Nature has been easy on us. I think it’s been nearly 2 months since we’ve seen snow so we are WAY over due. We’ll see what happens.

The other thing I love about this photo is that it represents some secret sewing that I have done in preparation for the 2016 Paintbrush Studio New Block Blog Hop at the end of the month. The fabrics provided by Paintbrush Studio are SO lovely to work with and they seem to shimmer in the morning light.

I’ve done some other sewing as well. Mostly for the 2 bees that I am participating in this year. More pictures to come this week.

This is a beautiful photo Stephanie. The fabrics do seem to shimmer in the sunlight.
