I’m really not good at taking photos of the whole quilt. There’s an art to draping a quilt over something so you can see all the quilt. It’s hard when you’re out taking photos on your own. But this is my finished quilt for the 2017 Stash Bee. If you recall, I was the Queen Bee for Hive 4 in January of this year. My tutorial for my block is here.
I chose this adorable picnic basket fabric from Cotton & Steel for the backing fabric. This quilt ended up being a good snuggle size at 64″ x 80″.
Here’s a photo that I am happy with. This shows four of the 16″ blocks coming together to create a great section of negative space. I’m really happy with how my 2017 Stash Bee quilt turned out!
