I hope you all had a wonderful holiday. I’m so happy that the new year is here. I was kind of busy over the holidays and have a few things to share with you. Yay!!! I finished my Magnolia Mystery Quilt Top! This was a fun, easy finish to get done over the holidays. I love those strawberries so much. I chose to make the lap size quilt rather than the full size quilt.
Of course as I was laying out the flimsy to take photos, Katrina had to get in on the action. She wasn’t all that impressed because the quilt isn’t finished. She just wants to snuggle in a finished quilt because it’s been SO cold. I hope you’re staying warm wherever you are, It’s been in the single digits here in Colorado.
So in an effort to play along with my offline quilting friends I joined the All People Quilt UFO Challenge for the year. This is my list. You can still join the challenge if you are interested by going here. On the first day of the month, a number is announced and that is the project that you are to work on during the month, your goal is to get as much as you can done on the selected project. The number for the month of January is 12, so I will be working on a Christmas project!
