Quilt Top Finish…

I know, normally on Friday I share a couple of Farm Girl Vintage 2 blocks, but I don’t have any to share with you. But I have something just as good!


As part of the Slow Your Roll Sew Along, my stretch goal for this month was to complete my Christmas Patchwork quilt top. The awesome news is that I did finish it! I also trudged out into the single digit weather to get a photo of  the quilt top outside before I send it off to my long arm specialist. Of course it’s February so the trees are casting weird shadows.


This is a yummy stack of the quilt top with the backing and the binding that I am going to use. I love a diagonal stripe for the binding. Here’s the best part, this is a Christmas gift and it’s done! Have a great weekend!

    Hi Stephanie! I remember you from the new quilters blog group I was a part of in 2015. Anyway, I stumbled across your blog when looking at Sarah Goer’s Show Me Something Triangle Linky party. I love this Christmas quilt, especially since it has some aqua/turquoise in it. Don’t know when those colors became Christmas colors, but I am totally on board with it! And the striped binding is going to totally make this quilt. Take care, Mary.
